SMO 254 butt weld fittings are made of austenite which provides it strength. They are mostly used for redirecting water flow and acting as a link between different pipes. They are made from alloyed nitrogen, molybdenum and low carbon level. This mixture makes them impenetrable to disintegration, oxidation and the other ruinous effects.
