Available in a number of grading varieties, we claim expertise in ASME B16.9 Cupro Nickel, B152 Cu-Ni, Cu-Ni 90/10 including some more classes of fitting tubes and pipes. Copper Nickel fittings and tubes cater to widespread industry and domestic utilities, owing to their excellent ductile strength. Fabrication of these into customizable shapes and sizes makes them highly suited for power and heat generating units, seawater equipments, thermal desalination setups, hydraulic brake systems, condensers, etc.
Alloying Copper and Nickel incorporates improved strength, flexibility and greater life span of the finished product. Owing to this, Cu-Ni pipes and fittings offer excellent resistance to corrosion, brittleness and wearing out tendencies due to long and consistent usage. Additionally, these fittings are free from microbial action.
Copper and Nickel are the major composites with a 70%-30% ratio adjustable to 5%. To enhance anti-corrosive and durability properties 0.5-4% Manganese is also added.
